Product Composition:
- Mixing Pot: It has a multi-layer structure. The inner layer is made of stainless steel, and the barrel wall and barrel bottom are also made of stainless steel. With an arc-shaped pot bottom design, its inner surface is smooth and wear-resistant, and it is not easy to stick to materials.
- Pot Cover: Adopting a double-seal design, the hot mixing pot supports pneumatic opening, and the cold mixing pot can be optionally equipped with pneumatic or manual operation. It has reliable sealing performance and convenient unloading.
- Transmission Components: The blades are made of precision stainless steel casting, which have passed dynamic and static balance tests and run stably.
- Heating and Cooling System: The hot mixing pot supports multiple heating methods such as electric heating and self-friction heating, with strong temperature controllability; the cold mixing pot is equipped with a spiral cooling interlayer and an inner cooling jacket to improve heat exchange efficiency and achieve rapid cooling.

Working Principle:
- Hot Mixing Stage: In the mixing pot, materials generate heat through electric heating or self-friction. The blades rotate at high speed to form eddy currents, realizing uniform mixing, drying and modification of materials.
- Cold Mixing Stage: After the completion of hot mixing, materials are automatically transferred to the cold mixing pot. The spiral blades push the materials to circulate along the inner wall, and cooperate with the cooling interlayer to quickly cool down, discharge residual gas and prevent caking.
- Intelligent Control: The PLC system monitors temperature, rotation speed and process parameters in real time to ensure mixing efficiency and finished product quality.
